How It Works

Inquiry Form

Please state all core requirements at once during consultation: fursona details (species, style, reference images acceptable) and customization scope (head only, partial set, full suit or single part). If you do not have an original OC, custom design service is available. Kindly inform us of your budget, expected delivery date and special requests for efficient communication. Basic quotation will be offered right after your inquiry. Prices are clear with no hidden fees. Example: Base price for fursuit head customization ¥1880.

Deposit & Queue Confirmation

Secure your production slot by paying 50% deposit after confirming the quote. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance. Installment payment is available upon request. Production officially starts once 50% deposit is received and your turn comes. Pre-production Confirmation: One month prior to production commencement, we will confirm all details including head base style, premium fur upgrade and optional accessories such as glowing eyes, built-in fan, glasses, collars and customized facial expressions. Default color matching will follow your requirements to speed up progress. Notify us in advance if you wish to confirm every color detail.

Production Process

HD photos and videos will be sent at key stages for you to track progress. Design revisions caused by personal preference will be charged based on workload. We will accommodate reasonable adjustments without delaying delivery.

Final Payment & Delivery

Full finished product photos will be sent for final check. Settle the remaining balance once confirmed. Provide your shipping address afterwards. We calculate shipping cost and arrange worldwide door-to-door delivery via DHL, FedEx or UPS. Tracking number and tax inclusive service are provided. Note: All products are handmade. Minor imperfections may exist. We strive our best to guarantee quality and satisfy your expectations.
